CANCELLATION POLICY

All tickets purchased are non-refundable, however they are transferable to another person. Please notify us at info@pawsandposes.com.au at least 24 hours before your booking to let us know the name of the person you are transferring your ticket to.

CANCELLED CLASSES

Rarely, we may not meet the attendance requirements to run our class, so we reserve the right to cancel a class with no more than 48 hours notice before the scheduled class. Your tickets will be refunded or moved to another booking slot of your choice.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Because our classes deal with vulnerable puppies, we only welcome children above the age of 12. Children under the age of 16 must have a parent/guardian present.

WAIVERS

All participants must sign a waiver before starting any class with us. This is an acknowledgement of the risks involved and an agreement to participate in a safe manner, abiding by our policies.

MEDIA SHARING CONSENT

When you purchase a ticket, you give us consent to capture and share pictures and videos on our social media accounts and website.

You must let a staff member know prior to the session commencement if you do not feel comfortable having your pictures taken and/or shared. We will not directly take any content of you, however you may be in the background of some content.

RIGHT TO REMOVE PARTICIPANTS

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, violent or disrespectful.
