CANCELLATION POLICY

All tickets purchased are non-refundable, however they are transferable to another person. Please ensure the person you transfer your tickets to notifies our staff upon arrival of your booking name.

If you would like to reschedule your booking to a different time, please contact us to confirm. We can not guarantee a rescheduling but we always try our best. Fundraiser events cannot be rescheduled and standard events can not be refunded under any circumstance.

REFUND POLICY

All ticket purchases are final. We do not offer refunds. This is because our events include live animals, staffing, and limited capacity sessions that often sell out. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Paws and Poses is not responsible for reselling tickets on your behalf.

CANCELLED CLASSES

Rarely, we may not meet the attendance requirements to run our class, so we reserve the right to cancel a class with no more than 48 hours notice before the scheduled class. Your tickets will be moved to another booking slot of your choice or you will be provided with store credit.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Because our classes deal with vulnerable puppies, children under the age of 13 require prior approval from our team. We have the right to refuse your tickets if you do not purchase tickets for both adult and child or did not seek approval beforehand An adult must be present and have a purchased ticket to be in the building due to capacity restrictions. We have the right to remove you and your child if either of you fail to abide by our rules, or are disrespectful/disrupting the class or instructor.

PUPPY INTERACTION AND WELFARE POLICY

We never force puppies, dogs or other animals into an interaction. Some puppies may be sleepy, shy, or prefer independent play. The animals will come to you on their own time, and guests are encouraged to enjoy calm, respectful interactions. Paws and Poses Australia does not guarantee that each guest will have continuous one-on-one puppy time throughout the session. Our priority is ensuring every animal feels safe, relaxed and happy.

ANIMAL VARIETY POLICY

Paws and Poses Australia is a welfare-first business. While our sessions are mostly litters of the same puppy age, our sessions may include a mix of young puppies, older puppies, and occasionally friendly adult dogs. This variety supports safe socialisation, confidence building, and ethical handling practices. We do not guarantee specific ages, breeds or sizes of dogs for any session. By booking you acknowledge that the experience focuses on ethical interaction and animal wellbeing, not unlimited puppy handling.

Unforeseen circumstances/emergencies may require changes to the breed attending. In these extremely rare cases, suitable alternative puppies or friendly dogs may attend so that the sessions can still go ahead safely. All replacement dogs are carefully selected for temperament, suitability, and guest experience. All participants will still enjoy a puppy yoga experience as advertised, or will be reimbursed if there are no puppies/friendly dogs available. Changes in breed or individual dogs attending a session do not qualify for refunds.

WAIVERS

All participants must sign a waiver before starting any class with us. This is an acknowledgement of the risks involved and an agreement to participate in a safe manner, abiding by our policies. If you are pregnant or have a restricting injury, please notify us beforehand so we can accomodate you.

MEDIA SHARING CONSENT

When you purchase a ticket, you give us consent to capture and share pictures and videos on our social media accounts and website.

You must let a staff member know prior to the session commencement if you do not feel comfortable having your pictures taken and/or shared. We will not directly take any content of you, however you may be in the background of some content.

RIGHT TO REMOVE PARTICIPANTS

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, violent or disrespectful.
