Puppy Yoga at Paws And Poses Australia is a unique and joyful experience designed to combine the calming effects of traditional yoga with the playful energy of puppies. During our sessions, certified and experienced yoga instructors guide participants through a series of gentle poses while adorable puppies roam freely among the group. This combination promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and enhances feelings of happiness and well-being. Our events are perfect for both yoga enthusiasts and animal lovers looking to unwind and connect with furry friends in a relaxed environment. Join us to unleash your inner peace with playful paws!

We run our sessions from different venues around Perth and Canberra. For Canberra, our main studio locations are in Mitchell and Fyshwick. For Perth, we change week to week across venues NOR, SOR and in the CBD. When you book, it will say in the description which venue that session will be hosted at.

Our classes run for one hour. This includes 45 minutes of a beginner yoga session while the puppies free roam around the room (or have a quick nap on a yoga mat), followed by 15 minutes of designated play/cuddle time with the puppies!

Classes can sometimes be irregular due to breeder or venue availability. However they will be released on both our social pages and our website when they are available!

Places are limited and we typically sell out fast so it’s best to turn on our post notifications for our Instagram in order to be the first to hear of upcoming classes. We will post what date and time we release tickets so you can set a reminder and be first in!

All tickets purchased are non-refundable, however they are transferable to another person. If you can no longer make it to your class, please notify us at info@pawsandposes.com.au (mailto:info@pawsandposes.com.au)at least 24 hours before your booking to let us know the name of the person you are transferring your ticket to. We cannot reschedule your booking or provide store credit unless you give us 7 days notice. Refunds are not provided under any circumstance.

Because our classes deal with vulnerable puppies, we only welcome children who are respectful of both the people and the animals. Parents must buy a ticket and cannot stay in the building unless they have a ticket because of capacity restrictions. If your child is under the age of 13 please contact us prior to class so we can approve their ticket. We reserve the right to remove you and your child with no refund provided if you or your child fail to be respectful of our rules, the puppies or other participants.
