Yes! Everything is provided for you, including the yoga mats and of course, the puppies.

If you are running late, please contact us via Instagram DM or email at info@pawsandposes.com.au and we will see what we can do. Classes begin at the exact time regardless of if all attendees are there, to ensure others aren’t missing out on puppy yoga time. We don't allow anyone arriving more than 10 minutes late to join the class.

Parking is different for each venue location. Please see the information in the booking description or confirmation email for specific parking instructions. Alternatively, please email us at info@pawsandposes.com.au if you are still unsure about parking.

Our yoga instructor can assist people of all levels. Our sessions are beginner yoga sessions and the focus is primarily on puppy interaction so if you can’t do yoga, no problem! Try your best or if you really aren’t interested, you can sit calmly on the mat and pat some puppies if they come over. We ask that you remain respectful of the yoga instructor and their teaching at all times, no matter how cute the puppies may be.

Absolutely! We encourage you to take photos and videos and share them to your socials. You are allowed to bring in your phone or a camera to the class, but don’t forget to tag us! @pawsandposes.australia (Instagram) + @pawsandposes.australia (TikTok)

We will always provide breeder information to our customers, however we discourage impulse buying and it is easy to want to buy the puppies after playing with them – we know they are adorable! Please ensure you are ready for the care and commitment of a dog before purchasing/adopting. If you are ready and suitable, our breeder info is always available for each session, as well as on our socials.

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to bring your own dogs to sessions to protect the puppies during a vulnerable and developing time. If you would like to host a yoga session for your own dogs, we can provide the yoga instructor and yoga mats, please email us at info@pawsandposes.com.au to enquire!

We do a thorough clean before and after each session to ensure there are no puppy messes and that you aren’t using a mat that has any sweat or bacteria on it. We use F10 Veterinary Grade disinfectant to ensure both humans and puppies are safe and healthy!
